  • Promotional voucher codes may not be used in conjunction with a partnership discount.
  • Promotional voucher codes are only available for day tickets, they may not be redeemed against season ticket purchases.
  • Promotional voucher codes may not be redeemed against bookings where the date of your visit is after the code has expired.
  • Changing the number of items in the basket will remove your currently applied discount. However, you can reapply the code and the correct amount will be deducted.
  • Tickets are valid only for the date selected.
  • Tickets bought online are non-refundable, unless the Parc is closed.
  • Please bring proof of payment with you.
  • Disabled visitors and Carers must show proof of disability.
  • Carers tickets are only valid with a paying ticket.
  • No child under the age of 14 will be admitted to the Parc unless accompanied by an adult.
  • With the exception of assistance dogs, no dogs are allowed in the animal parc but well behaved dogs are allowed in the café and on the patio outside the café.
  • The visitor houses are kept at about 24 to 25 degrees all year round, so please bear this in mind when dressing for your visit.
